Is that like, say the skill has a max of 12 points, and your wearing a piece of gear that increases said skill by 2 points, then you would only put in 10 points so you dont go over the max of 12? While I played the recommended GrimCalc version, I am also including two additional variations that are capable of Crucible 170 (4:48) and Ravager (1:44). I feel every second epic I get on any character after 1.1.9.1 patch has at least 1 piece of normal/empowered/mythical perdition set. The 5% offensive abilty make sense I guess, but I am unsure how much the 10% crit damage really. Wikia pages state that previously it was going over 20% chance and reduced enemy resistances, but now it is 20% chance cap and no RR. For our best Grim Dawn build, were going to focus on the survival aspect, with respectable damage output, for a tank who rarely goes down and will allow you to survive the most devastating enemies at the highest difficulty levels.
